All fishing and Cast & Blast trips use our 2003 22’ Rouge Jet boat. This boat is powered by a 496 Kodiak motor with a Hamilton 212 jet pump (no worries about 2 stroke or 4 stroke motor bans here!). The Rouge features air ride seats, full canvas, heater and defroster, livewell, and VHF Radio.
Rick has outfitted his Rouge with the ultimate fishing accessories to insure the best possible chances for a successful trip. Four Cannon DT20 electric downriggers matched with top-of-the-line electronics, including GPS, so Rick can find his hotspots trip after trip. A 15 horsepower Honda kicker is guided by Nautamatic's TR1 auto pilot. This unit keeps the boat headed in the right direction with minimal attention from Rick. Additionally, the boat has a Minkota electric motor that was professionally installed by Sunny's Electric Marine. That means Rick can concentrate on fishing, and helping you catch and boat your trophy. When appropriate, Rick mounts Cannon side planers and mast for getting the lures and baits outside of the boat's wake.
